Always have a pleasant experience here even when it’s not a good diagnosis. Everyone from the front desk to garage is very knowledgeable, and personable. I have had bad experiences with other service centers trying to get over on me and thinking I know nothing about my own car. I also enjoy the video they take and send to you via text/email that shows AND explains any issue your car may have. Anyway,my point is that North Penn VW has won us over as customers and I’m grateful to have found a trustworthy center. More
