From the moment I walked into Falmouth Toyota I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist politely greeted me and walked me over to sales associate Ken Collings. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Matt Murphy, manager, who helped me decide what type of vehicle would fit my lifestyle the best. I never felt pressured into anything - it was clear their primary concern was to help me gain knowledge of what type of vehicle would meet my needs versus just making a sale and sending me on my way. Both Matt and Ken cared about my safety as if they were picking out a vehicle for a family member of their own. I also met with Justin White in the business department to finalize financial arrangements. Justin explained every to-be-signed document in detail, this was comforting to me as the last dealership experience I had I felt very rushed. I am now a happy owner of a 2022 Toyota Camry hybrid - it is such peace of mind to know I have such a safe, reliable vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go to Falmouth Toyota and I couldn’t be more thankful for the help I received! More

Very consistent experience with professional sales and service personnel. I have purchased two Highlanders, and have service three Toyotas (Avalon) there regularly.
