Stay away. Sold me a 2021 MB GLC AMG 63 car that was supposed to be a CPO car. A few miles away check engine light goes off and another MB dealer diagnosed ov Sold me a 2021 MB GLC AMG 63 car that was supposed to be a CPO car. A few miles away check engine light goes off and another MB dealer diagnosed over 70 engine fault codes. After nearly a month the other dealer fixed them all. Then the car throws up a "Time for B service" a couple thousand miles after purchase. A CPO car is supposed to be problem free due to many item checks and fully serviced. They obviously did neither. Additionally the car we traded in was worth nearly $20K more so we were getting a check in that amount back for the trade in. The "finance" mgr spend 20 minutes hustling us to donate the $20K to his charity. Highly inappropriate and annoying. More

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Sheldon and Mr. Ken. Throughout my entire process they both kept it professional. I worried Mr. Sheldon every day for almost a month straight, but he Sheldon and Mr. Ken. Throughout my entire process they both kept it professional. We were treated very fairly on our trade in cars, in my case getting more than I expected. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and very helpful. Ken took the time to teach each of us how to use the various new technological feature our cars had. I highly recommend the dealership and Ken Davis who is a real pro. More

I felt pushed intimidated nudged and ultimately sold a product that i albeit needed but was never sure i was getting a fair value for. my first experience with Gainesville was in 2013. I met Mr Ken Davis who made no attempt to sell me a car but instead tried to find out what it was that I was looking for. He instead tried to find out who I was as a person and in the process revealed to me who he was. We shared stories of our adult children, our grandchildren and oh, i bought a car that day ... which i still own ... and i have bought 3 more vehicles from MB of Gainesville since then. None of this seems to impress Ken. What seems to be important to him when he calls from time to time is knowing how am I doing. I have never asked him to deliver any of the cars that i have bought yet he personally has delivered all of them. Car buying is now stress free and I get to have lunch or breakfast with a friend. More

Always great service with none of the up-sell nonsense The service is always top notch. They are the only dealer I've ever experienced that understands 5-star customer service. They deliver to me a loaner The service is always top notch. They are the only dealer I've ever experienced that understands 5-star customer service. They deliver to me a loaner car 1hr away and take my car in for service, and then return it to me and drive the loaner back (and I dont have one of their high-end cars that puts me on some secret VIP list for them either). The sales is great, bought multiple cars from Ken Davis in sales. The service dept (service rep, Dillon Hastie) is great too, never up-selling you with non-sense stuff you don't need. Other dealers have always made servicing your car a dreaded experience; Not, here though, servicing your car here is always a pleasure. More
