My family had an amazing experience at Herb Gordon Subaru and would strongly recommend their services. Our Subaru Outback broke down on 495 travelling from New Jersey to South Carolina on vacation. My experience at the Herb Gordon Subaru Service Department was totally positive, from the very beginning. I felt valued as a customer. The service department is well-organized. My Service Advisor, Department was totally positive, from the very beginning. I felt valued as a customer. The service department is well-organized. My Service Advisor, Luis Prada, ensured that the service needs of my car were identified and addressed. He very clearly explained what had been done to my car and what upcoming service would be needed and when. Plus, he was extremely pleasant.
