My sales person was David Lee, and he was amazing to work with. He helped me find the perfect car and within my budget, but just as important, he helped me to feel comfortable and made the car buying process with. I came to see Byron twice the first time is when I called in to complain about my experience there nobody greeted me or said anything to me when I came into the showroom. I talked to him on the phone and he apologized for my bad experience and had me come in the next day. He was very nice asked what I wanted suggested the best options for me. I didn’t get a vehicle the first time I came. I seen a Facebook ad that worked for me and my situation. I talked to Alyson through Facebook chat and asked can she set me an appointment with Byron. My 2nd go round I left with the vehicle I was eyeing on my first visit. He walked me through the process and helped me out a lot all in all he was great. More

Byron was the most amazing card sales man I’ve ever had. Trying to find a car has been nothing but stress. But the minute I walked into the Kia dealership I was met with Byron.
