I never thought I'd be driving a jeep but Trent and the Kukwa Brothers did an awesome job explaining the benefits and helping my concerns about jeeps. I'm absolutely over the moon with my Jeep Compass. It was an amazing deal and they were able to work with our not super great credit and helped us with the financial process! Had a pretty large problem with their brand new vehicle purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get purchase in less than 5 days of ownership. We contacted the manager and he was not concerned about this at all. He said let him know if we don't get it fixed. He could get us a rental if we need it. Sorry, I don't feel like this is showing concern at all. 4 days after buying a vehicle and transmission and other issues. This is not the way I would do business. Not a happy customer. We can’t remember the managers name so we are noting all because that is what we need to complete this review. More
