My research indicated that John Franco would be an excellent individual with which to work and I was very fortunate in that John was available the day I visited. All of the positive reviews written about John are entirely true. John made the end-to-end decision and purchasing process easy and enjoyable. Throughout John showed genuine concern that my questions were answered and my needs were met. John was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, and very personable -- without a doubt John is a man focused on the client and one of high integrity. As my current car is a 2004 Acura TSX it had been awhile since I looked at or driven a newer car. As such, Jon very patiently introduced me to all the technology in the A5 and showed me in a clear and positive manner the operation of the vehicle. After the purchase John contacted me numerous times not only to make sure I was pleased with my purchase but also to iterate that he was always available to address any concerns or questions I may have. I can without reservation recommend John Franco as the Audi Brand Specialist to anyone who has interest in purchasing an Audi (and presumably a Porsche). During my visit I also had interactions with Kent Schweigel and Melissa FIandt. Kent readily addressed questions related to the service record of the A5 as well as showing me, much to my embarrassment, where the spare tire tool kit was located. Melissa made the final payment process quick, efficient, informative and painless. If my experience with John, Kent and Melissa is a reflection of future experiences with O'Daniel then I can highly recommend O'Daniel Porsche Audi as a dealer as well. More

So called in and after agreeing on the price, sales rep Anwar Anwar went out of his way to make sure I got the car in time. At one point due to paper work I thought my car will be delayed to get delivered, but man I tell you the whole dealership came together to get this happen. My kudos to Anwar Anwar. He went out of his way to reach out to the notary and did all the work for me.There is a sales side and a human side, Anwar Anwar put on the human side to make sure I was happy. They delivered the car halfway and I was able to pick it up halfway. Also the sales manager Aaron was amazing as well. Overall this is an amazing dealership to get your car. Highly recommended. 5+ stars for me More
