I found a screw in my tire that came from service department, also the door got damaged instead of ordering a new they door they choose to repair it . Even thou it was the dealers fault they can not department, also the door got damaged instead of ordering a new they door they choose to repair it . I regret purchasing my 2022 Sierra pickup at Marty’s GMC. Hindsight tells me I should have gone to a different dealership. On January 19, 2022 I purchased my truck with some missing chips. I Marty’s GMC. Hindsight tells me I should have gone to a different dealership. On January 19, 2022 I purchased my truck with some missing chips. I was told they would be in soon. In April, I was told not until July, then not until the end of the third quarter, then before the end of the year. With Marty’s GMC it’s becoming one excuse after another concerning my truck. I don’t understand why Marty’s GMC has new trucks for sale, on their lot, with the parts that could fix my truck. What I find most frustrating is that I have features on my truck that I cannot use and that retrofitting my truck is not a priority for Marty’s GMC and I have no recourse. More
