When you make an appt for an oil change I can see waiting maybe an hour, but not 3 1/2 hours! Then on top of it you don’t get the car wash and vacuum that you requested. One of the main reasons for my purcha maybe an hour, but not 3 1/2 hours! Then on top of it you don’t get the car wash and vacuum that you requested. One of the main reasons for my purchase from them was the free oil changes and car washes, but my time is also of value to me. What’s the sense in making an appointment time and then waiting that long?! Very frustrating! More
