Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis Service Center is a well-run organization. When i make an appointment, the receptionist is always pleasant and efficient. Chuck has been my go-to service advisor for years. Professional, polite & always makes me feel welcome. Even those years when I was buying old, inexpensive "toys", he was very thorough about explaining the car's situation and answered all my questions with great patience. When I drop off my car, I'm usually out of there into my loaner car within 10 minutes. Communication is second to none as I always know what is going on with my car, time frame, cost etc. Thanks Chuck& MBA-SC for all the good work! More
