Vehicle was promptly accepted for service upon arrival. Service was completed within the time specified by the service advisor. But I still miss the car being washed before its returned to you after bein Service was completed within the time specified by the service advisor. The waiting room was overcrowded. I went on a weekday and had to wait over 2 hours even though I was told 1.5 hour wait, which is still ridiculous! I was lied to about the 4x4 issue I had when I brought my truck in for maintenance! The reason I was given was for the issue was not true! The issue was that in 4x4 when I stared moving forward if I turned s truck in for maintenance! The reason I was given was for the issue was not true! The issue was that in 4x4 when I stared moving forward if I turned slightly left the truck would lurch as if something was trying to lock up in the front end. I was told that when the truck is in 4x4 I was not suppose to turn the wheel at all. That in 4x4 I was only suppose to go straight. If that's not nonsense I don't know what is! More
