I brought my car in for the recall fix and for car play diagnostic. My car play still does not work. I tried calling to speak with someone about my concern since I paid for the service was kept being direc diagnostic. My car play still does not work. It has been 3 days and nobody has given me a call back nor was anyone else helpful. Unfortunately I am disappointed. I am grateful my recall was fixed I would give that the full 5 so far it’s okay. But disappointed in the customer service unfortunately. I know this wasn’t Kevin’s fault so I don’t want to penalize anybody I just would like some support or a solution since I paid for the repair.
