I recently had my first experience at BMW of Westlake, and I must say it was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin in the service department welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain what services and I must say it was outstanding from start to finish. He also offered me a warranty oil change special that was simply too good to pass up. The lobby provided a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere while I waited for my car, which added to the positive experience. Once the service was completed, Kevin meticulously went over what had been done on my vehicle. He then assisted me at the payment counter, where I encountered another friendly employee who made the process seamless. Overall, my visit to BMW of Westlake was very satisfying. I hope that all my future experiences with this dealership will be just as enjoyable! More

Ken Delk was my salesman in a recent transaction. My 2016 BMW 340xi was unfortunately totaled in an accident on July 16. After doing some research online, I visited BMW of Westlake and Ken greeted My 2016 BMW 340xi was unfortunately totaled in an accident on July 16. After doing some research online, I visited BMW of Westlake and Ken greeted me when I walked in. After explaining my situation, Ken immediately went to work to help me with a new car purchase. I told him what I wanted and they had a 2026 BMW 540xi in black that he quickly got ready for me to test drive. But I didn't really want a black vehicle, so while I was on my test drive Ken found a red 540xi that could work. He contacted me about a day later and said that they could not work out a trade for that car. Instead, he was able to find me a 2027 540xi in blue that seemed to fit the bill. This was on Thursday, July 23. They engineered the trade and got the car in stock and ready for me to pick up by Monday, July 27. Simply outstanding service and professionalism! I highly recommend BMW of Westlake and in particular, Ken Delk on their sales team. Their Service Department has taken great care of my 2016 BMW before its unfortunate demise which helped me get a very reasonable insurance settlement. Ken, Mike Delczeg, and Mike Niedzwiecki all were very, very good to me! Thanks!!! More
