Not forthcoming of the price Hidden fees, and always the price hiding game. This is probably the most honest and up front dealership I’ve ever dealt with it was so refreshing. Oh did I tell you we drove 4 hours to buy a Jeep from Ferman’s. When we got there all the paperwork was ready, the jeep was detailed and full of gas ready to go. I was so impressed with the professionalism and the way they do business. Kevonn was excellent,he went over everything on the Jeep which made my wife very comfortable. I never write reviews, I had to on this one. I will definitely be buying my vehicles from Ferman’s from now on. More

Great price on our new Wrangler but some of the financial benefits were not explained. We wanted to pay cash but were told if we financed it for a minimum of 4 payments we would receive another 1,000 dollars benefits were not explained. We wanted to pay cash but were told if we financed it for a minimum of 4 payments we would receive another 1,000 dollars off, never mentioning we would have to pay 349.18 month in interest. You can do the math 349.18 x 4 payments = 1396.72. If we paid it off early we would receive a bill for 1,000.00 all the while neglecting to tell us we could a lump sum payment and to leave enough for 4 payments. Nothing illegal just unethical. So buyer beware. More
