The deal was hard to do because I was out of state. I was impressed with Mario and Amy and Kim. I’m 800 miles away and really appreciated the extra help and work it took to make the deal go through I was impressed with Mario and Amy and Kim. I’m 800 miles away and really appreciated the extra help and work it took to make the deal go through. They spent lots of time with me on the phone. Amy worked me through the paper and had lots of suggestions on how to do things from out of state. I’ve bought several vehicles in my life and I would buy from them again. Kim gave me a great walk around the car on the phone and was very helpful. I flew there and they had some one pick me up at the airport he was a super nice fellow too. I got a better deal than I thought I would they made the process as easy and nice as it could be. This was the best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. When I need something else I think I’d fly back and trade with them again. If you want a good deal and to be treated fantastic you need to do business with Bournes. I have to say that it was probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They gave my wife and I a great trade in on our mini van. We had a great experience with Bournes. The dealership is clean, the staff is pleasant, and everything from purchase to tags and plates is done in house! We were able to take our car home the same day. Jose clean, the staff is pleasant, and everything from purchase to tags and plates is done in house! We were able to take our car home the same day. Jose made us feel super comfortable, was very "to the point" with no BS. We were scared to go buy a car because of the horror stories we have heard of scams and pushy salesman. Jose left us plenty of space to test the car, we never felt pressured, and the prices and fees were fair. We highly recommend Bournes and Jose! More
