The service reps are great all the time. The problem is the mechanics. You get an oil change, they don’t wipe off there grease finger prints off the hood and grill. They don’t reset the fuel filter life. It’s a lot of small things that add up to it all for me. When your bill is over 400$ and you see all these things when you pick your vehicle up is disappointing. More
