Several years we have been wanting an Escalade and Rich was aware of this. Since the availability of the 2021 Escalade is slim, we were working with Rich to obtain a 2020 model. Rich mentioned that the ride and size of the 2021 was worth a lot over the 2020. As an example Rich convinced us to take a test drive in the Yukon Denali and we loved it. Since the Escalade was not available, we purchased the Yukon and will come back in a couple of years to take another look at the new Escalade.
