Service personal were polite and responsive. Service appears to have done properly. I had no idea that the tires or breaks were so warn. I was disappointed that the intermittent 'Check Park Aid' message did not happen while they had it.

Bought a 2019 F150 that was practically brand new. The dealership itself has improved My experience with the sales person Amber after the sale was horrible. Follow up was not good. She reluctantly answered calls and text. I was expecting various parts (antenna & tow hooks) from service and had to call the dealership myself to find out if the parts arrived. Also i specifically requested transfer of license plates from the vehicle I was trading in and that transaction was fouled up. I had to go to the dealership to rectify the issue only to find that the sales person had received the license plates but never notified me.
