car Went in for a purge valve replacement! Was disappointed because the car only has 10,000 miles on it! The staff treating me very well! As I left the dealership my Escape started sucking in air, disappointed because the car only has 10,000 miles on it! The staff treating me very well! Took over 2 hours to change a tire. This was the most ridiculous experience getting my car serviced ever. Best service department out there. Travis Howell in service took care of truck. I had normal maintenance done along with an AC cleaning since there was a smell of mold in the car. 1 week later still no service took care of truck.
