Great performance I've driven several Honda's, the latest was a 2015 Accord. My lease is up in January of 2018, so naturally I got a ton of mail inviting me to turn my car in early. So I called my sales professional, Ron Allgood, and gave him my terms. That was two months ago. Well, this past Monday, he called at 4 PM and said, "I can meet your terms today." At 8 PM, I was driving away in my new car exactly according to my terms. Ron along with lease specialist, Kyle Ruser, delivered exactly as they promised. I call it great performance in the auto, great performance in the service and sales process, and great integrity by Ron to deliver his word. More

Luis was never pushy and helped us with the lease process. I was able to get the process done in record time and Luis worked around our busy schedules. The experience was such a pleasure compared to the rest. There was absolutely no pressure from our salesperson, Randy. He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered. He was always available for us, either in person or over the phone. We test drove multiple vehicles and he never tried to sway us one way or another, nor did he show any frustration as we changed our minds a few times. He was patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. The negotiation process was fast and fair, and didn't drag us through hours of the typical back and forth that we have experienced many times in the past. The financing process was fast and smooth, and Kyle was very respectful, helpful and offered us many options to help better protect our vehicle over time. The entire Zimmerman complex (lot, showroom, service, offices, waiting area) are new and very nice, clean and modern. Their inventory was huge and we bought a car right off of the showroom floor. I would highly recommend Zimmerman Honda to others! Also important to note: We love our new Civic Hatch EX! More
