My experience with Subaru of Jacksonville was the best I’ve had with an auto dealer. Although I had hoped to work with Juan, who sold a 2018 Forester to my wife, he was off that day and Kyle helped me. Ky I’ve had with an auto dealer. Although I had hoped to work with Juan, who sold a 2018 Forester to my wife, he was off that day and Kyle helped me. Kyle was friendly and processional. He understood what I was looking for and found a Forester I was happy with. We came to an amicable agreement for my trade and the vehicle price. I was very pleased with the entire process. Since I purchased my Forester, my daughter bought a 2024 Ascent and my wife traded in her 2018 Forester and bought a 2024 Forester. Needless to say, our family is very pleased with Subaru of Jacksonville! More

Great experience - SOJ did not have the exact car I wanted in stock so it took a little time for me to make my final decision. Kyle was very patient with me as I deliberated over color and model. Never wanted in stock so it took a little time for me to make my final decision. Kyle was very patient with me as I deliberated over color and model. Never any pressure which made the experience an unexpected pleasure. AJ was also very personable and pleasant while we went through the financial transaction. This is the 2nd Subaru I have purchased from SOJ and today's experience far exceeded my first purchase experience in 2016. I look forward to continuing my relationship with SOJ.. More

This had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in a vehicle purchase in a long time. We felt no pressure or hard sell which was a relief because on our first visit we weren't sure if we were g had in a vehicle purchase in a long time. We felt no pressure or hard sell which was a relief because on our first visit we weren't sure if we were going to purchase a Subaru but after doing lots of research we came back and the experience was just like the first time. There is a warm and friendly staff who welcomed us and made the second largest purchase we ever made a very enjoyable one. From our sales rep Kyle Shifflett the finance rep Ryan Munro and John Pitts the delivery specialist all welcoming us to "the family" it made us feel right at home. Alice O'Dwyer followed up with us when we were looking over vehicles on line and when we explained we had been in once before and sat with Kyle she followed up with him and with us to make sure we were taken care of.
