Took my truck in for a noise in the drive train. 3 months later worse than ever and they scratched my paint on the side of the truck. The service advisor Tom, told me that he would schedule the body months later worse than ever and they scratched my paint on the side of the truck. The service advisor Tom, told me that he would schedule the body shop to fix it, have not heard from them for a month. This is the typical mode for them. The service advisors have no clue as to what the shop is doing. I called Chevy warranty and explained everything. They told me AutoNation Clearwater is way better. Dimmet Chevy is also better. Actually probably anyone is better. They never call you back. There is just way to much to say about how poor they are. The warranty person was beside herself and used OMG! Several times when I explained the situation to her. I will never go back there. Ever! More
