Service for the oil change was great, Cliff was very understanding and attempted to assist with a recall on my 2025 Sienna. I purchased this vehicle less than 1 year ago and have been unable to use the understanding and attempted to assist with a recall on my 2025 Sienna. I purchased this vehicle less than 1 year ago and have been unable to use the 2nd row seats for multiple months, causing me to climb in and out of my van to safely secure my small children in the back seat. Toyota Direct will not return phone calls or assist with a reasonable resolution to this issue and Toyota did not have a fix for the recall at this time. It is extremely frustrating to have a brand new vehicle that is 1/3 useless and extremely inconvenient for small children- which is the sole reason for purchasing the vehicle in the first place. More

I would love to give my sales person a great review, but Dealer Rater sucks so bad about updating dealership personell, I do not see my salesperson, or my finance person to give them a great review. I have a nice experience buying a truck. Jeff Kazee was very helpful and professional and make the process really enjoyable and smooth. The downside part was: When we picked up the truck, we didn't realize until the next day that the dealership had removed the pack of fabric floor mats from the back seat (we know that they were there when we test drive the truck , same truck we bought) and left only the all weather mats in there (which we had paid for). When I noticed, I went to talk to the manager Kyle Walden and have to technically convince him that the mats were there when we test drive the truck, he initially stated that the truck we bought was not coming with fabric mats from the factory, then when I told him we saw the mats on the truck when we drove it he then said that he will have to check the cameras making me feel like I was doing something wrong like I was trying to still something from him. I don’t know exactly what he saw on the tapes because they never show me the footage but he didn’t have another option then write a Due bill and give me the floor mats not before start having a really nasty attitude and make me feel like he was doing me a favor giving me what it was in the truck initially, instead of me receive an apologize and a resolution I start receiving a nasty attitude from who is supposed to be a "Manager” the bigger authority on the dealership at the time. My two recommendations will be if you are interested in buying a vehicle from them is to do a video or take pictures of what’s included with the vehicle and what is inside the vehicle when you test drive it. Second recommendation will be try not to deal with this “Manager” Kyle Walden that doesn’t know how to deal with this type of situations and worst he doesn’t know how to treat a clients with respect. More
