The situation you outlined does not reflect the standards of professionalism, accuracy, or integrity that our guests deserve. Your description of being approached by sales instead of receiving information from our service department, the pressure you felt to consider a new vehicle, the comments about voluntary repossession, and the incorrect documentation you received are all issues that I take extremely seriously. No customer should ever feel misled, pressured, or provided with inaccurate information during a service visit. I also acknowledge your frustration regarding the lack of communication about the repair that was ultimately completed at no cost. It is unacceptable that you did not receive clear, direct explanations from the service team before sales became involved. I want to review every part of your visit, speak with the staff involved, and address these concerns directly.
