Lance has been with Subaru of Gwinnett since 2010. He was honored with the Salesman of the Year for Subaru of Gwinnett in 2012 and 2013. Also in 2012 and 2013, Lance was recognized by Subaru of America with the prestigious Subaru Summit Peak Performer. Lance continues to show is passion for Subaru by driving a 2019 Subaru Outback. When Lance is not working, he loves anything to do with the outdoors and hanging out with his family. He has been married for 12 years and has a 6 year old daughter, Emily, and a 9 year old son, Ethan. Lance's son was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, so he and his wife are strong autism advocates.

Absolutely amazing! I sent an email to Jennifer Kessler, the General Sales Manager. I explained that I received a reply to my complaint on this site but that there was no contact person given. One would think that the General Sales Manager would have at least reached out as requested and try “rectify the issue”. That is obviously too much to ask! I purchased a new Subaru yesterday at another dealership. One that cares about customers, did not lie and try to be deceitful, and appreciated my business. Like I said before….run away from this dealer, don’t walk.
