The Carman dealership was FANTASTIC to work with. I was referred to the dealership by Dan Giacchino who worked with me to find my dream car. Without him, non of this would have been possible. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by Troy Marenco who took care of all my documentation and setup for the car. While he was setting things up, I was introduced to Joe Triboletti who talked to me about my future car, the eagles, and anything else I had on my mind. Finally, I worked through all my financing with John Mayberry who was an absolute pleasure. He explained what every document meant to help finalize the process. In all, it felt like the entire Carman team had my best interest in mind to help me complete the process. Thanks team!!! More

Well the jokes on them. After contacting Lincoln not only did they make good on our glass but renewed my faith in Lincoln. As for Carman we didn't buy our new 2022 truck from you after all, nor did my sister complete the purchase of her 2022 Durango. You've gotten the last of my money. I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional. We recently purchase a pick up truck. We just moved out to the country and are adopting horses so it was a must have.
