About that time, I met Larry Holder, as he answered all my questions related to the vehicle of interest. I advised Larry I was looking for a used LX 570 in mint condition. Larry walked us through the process and explained everything we were doing. He made us feel very comfortable about owning a Lexus from the test drive to closing the transaction. Mr. Kyle Armo was very helpful as well making sure everything was going okay. We also purchased an extra set of floor mats and the parts department they are great. The entire staff is great. This was our first Lexus and will not be our last from Lexus of Chattanooga. Overall a great dealership and great automobiles. More

I say team, because they ALL were a part of my buying process and EVERYONE made m I leased my new RX from the fantastic team at Lexus of Chattanooga. I say team, because they ALL were a part of my buying process and EVERYONE made me feel welcomed and appreciated. As a woman, it is often difficult to purchase a vehicle; you are made to feel as if you should have a man with you, you are showed the cup-holders and vanity mirrors instead of the performance features, etc. These folks; Ralph Paty who greeted me with the door opened, got me coffee and showed me my first lexus on my first trip in, Fred Fortson who explained my lease vs purchase options, Reggie Elder who sat with me and discussed the benefits of the RX vs the Mercedes, Infinity, Audi and BMW counterparts when I came in for a third time, and Larry Holder who brought me the final vehicle I wanted to drive to my office! These guys truly are a team and are more concerned with customer relationships than just making the sale. When I decided on the RX I finally purchased, Leighann Morgan the Finance Manager was AMAZING. She was able to secure the right lease option for me as well as provide me with no out of pocket expenses for the entire lease.... I'm sold on my new RX, I'm sold on Lexus of Chattanooga! More
