Bad experience with sales, finance and service. I have not had a good experience with your dealer at all would not recommend. The first service our keys were lost an employee blocked our car in and left with the key very unprofessional. Staff needs a lot of training to get to where you need in customer service to retain customers. Please do not call to apologize fix your internal issues and deliver what you're selling. More

Bought a car from Philip Connor about 6 months ago -- great experience! He told me oil changes and tire rotations came with the car for the first year...so that was nice! When it came time to schedule my great experience! He told me oil changes and tire rotations came with the car for the first year...so that was nice! When it came time to schedule my first oil change, Big Star sent me reminder emails until I scheduled service. I opted for the concierge service. It was soooo nice having someone pick up my car, bring it in for servicing, and then bring my car back to me. I even received photos and updates as the car was being serviced. So far, I've only had great experiences with the folks at Big Star Cadillac. More
