This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced. Every auto shop tries to get whatever they can for a sale but the folks here should be ashamed of themselves. #1 The advertised price is experienced. Every auto shop tries to get whatever they can for a sale but the folks here should be ashamed of themselves. #1 The advertised price is not the price you will negotiate with. #2 Do no give them any deposit until you have read the paperwork and are ready to sign. They will “vault” the money and say refunds are only available two days throughout the week. #3 The capital one sales representative forced a warranty on my offer, and would not remove it even though the warranty clearly states it is optional. Also after driving an hour and a half back home from purchasing the car I received a “Service light” error. A few weeks later and now a check engine light. They will never call you back if you leave a message with someone. I’ve been contacting the store and the salesman’s that sold me the car but helping you is not in their best interest. More
