I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger at this dealership for $11881.64 but based on safety issues the car was never delivered to me. I have been waiting on a full reimbursement for 10 days and they are ignorin $11881.64 but based on safety issues the car was never delivered to me. After signing a refund agreement, the finance manager said my reimbursement would take 3-5 days but I am still waiting without the courtesy of a response or phone call from their office. More

I spoke to Melissa with Customer Care and she was very understanding and said that management is reviewing my case and will respond as soon as they can. Hopefully I will get my refund shortly. I would like to add that Daniel Vargas has been in touch with me and has been very nice, professional and apologetic about the slow response from management. Thank you Melissa

Again, I called the dealership to see why the hold up on my reimbursement and Melissa said she will ask her boss to call me. By the way, Management has my email, address and phone information so there is no excuse for not responding to my calls and emails. I will wait and see if B. Dennis, B. Schaen or anyone in the executive office will call me with a definite date of my reimbursement.

So because they fixed my car before this incident now they dont except or fix cars below 2012. Is this on your website or should i hire an attorney for discrimination. As it is i only needed them to put a new battery in. But they wont fix if it is the alternator. So no i wont be telling my friends to go to this dodge dealer.
