First rate customer service! I have been leasing my cars for many years but this was my first time at Eastchester. I cannot say enough about the service they provide. From the introduction of my salesperson - Shawn, to working with the managers Rob & Lamar. All were beyond professional, extremely courteous and very patient with me in choosing the right car. I felt that I was in good hands from beginning to end as they were very knowledgeable about their cars and the bank programs offered. Never did I feel pushed into buying. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. More

Had the car listed for $35,000 i drove 700 miles to purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% life as the tires too never again will i go to this dealership they are not truthful and won’t help shameful to uphold Dodge name!
