He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a tight budget, and with the current car crisis, it makes finding a reliable car very stressful. Ritchie was not only able to find us a reliable car, but also suggested a car with higher mileage at a lower cost so that we could afford the extended warranty. We looked at several cars, and spent countless hours test driving. Ritchie treated us like family and found us a car in our budget that he would have trusted his own child driving. We can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received. At the end of the day, when we signed the papers, I started crying out of shear joy and relief that he cared enough to take the time to help us find a car for our son.
