He demonstrated many of the vehicle's features and set up a test drive loop that so that I could experience several type road conditions. At the same time he was reassuring that there was no need to make an immediate decision. He did not urge me to buy - he wanted to be sure that I was entirely comfortable with any decision I made. Because I wanted to get the vehicle the day before Thanksgiving, he even came in on his day off, so that I could take delivery. He walked me through using the vehicle's many features and set me up on the phone app. Then he also volunteered that I could come back after the purchase with any questions, and he would be happy to help me with the many electronic features of the vehicle. Top notch service. More
