Once my vehicle arrived, she came in on her off day to ensure I was able to pick up my vehicle to avoid any ding in the lot or sit in the elements. Lorri was not only engaging with the vehicle sale, however always asked and remembered my family and kids. It felt like a family transaction when we only just had met. The manager was also very engaged as was the gentleman who showed me all the features and took the time with Lorri for over an hour.
