I was lied to about $1,500 diamond coating on van. They claimed it took only 20 minutes to apply inside and out. It's not possible. It takes several hours to apply coating to the outside, including the washing of the van. Ceramic coatings have curing times. I never met the named sales agent on contract. Was charged $19.99 for electronic filing of the title and registration fee. I was not told in advance of this charge. I want my money back for this. How dare they spend my money without permission. It took 6.5 hours to buy a vehicle. It took less time to sign paperwork at a tile company when i bought a house. I feel as a 64 year old woman I was taken advantage of. I want my $1,500 dollars back for an item/service I did not received. More
