He was able to let me test drive both models. He personally pulled them both up to the door and off we went. When I got back he worked up the pricing and found financing that made it affordable which made my decision easy. I decided on the forester and he then walked me over to Danielle. She did all the final paper work and went over everything. After that, Danielle walked me out and over to the service area. Then I was introduced to Loyda and Chris who went over everything in detail about the car. They showed me all the features and got my phone connected. The whole experience was unbelievable and I will be back. Because of the teamwork, I was in and out in just over an hour confident I made the right choice. Plus they love dogs More

This was, by far, the easiest lease/purchase exp I am on my fifth Subaru - the latest being a 2017 Forester which I leased from A&T Subaru this week. This was, by far, the easiest lease/purchase experience I have ever had. I especially want to recognize Kevin Clouser, with whom I have worked on two cars. Kevin provided excellent customer service - was easy to set up an appointment with, provided clear and straightforward pricing and options, coordinated paperwork and insurance, all which made delivery not only easy but very efficient. Literally, on the day I picked up my vehicle, I met with Kevin, signed financing (Danielle) and went through the car's features (Loyda) and was on the road within 30 minutes. There was not one minute where I felt pressured into buying the car I had asked about. Everyone I interacted with was more than happy to help or answer any questions I had. Sheila helped me start the process after my original online inquiry, got me a competitive price, and checked in to make sure every step of the process was rolling along smoothly. Jesse took me for my test drive, answered any question I had, got the sale process started, and even offered up assistance beyond his working hours. Frank got me through all of the financial paperwork, and was very patient with me while I was taking forever to decide what coverage to get on the car. He was very flexible with helping me get the package I was looking for. Loyda was incredibly thorough in covering all of the tech in the car. When I left, I knew exactly how to work all of the cars features, which was important for me considering that my previous car had absolutely nothing in the way of modern technology. Best Dealership in the area! I have leased my second vehicle from A&T Subaru yesterday and I have to say the process was easy, quick and thorough. Just what you want when you are I have leased my second vehicle from A&T Subaru yesterday and I have to say the process was easy, quick and thorough. Just what you want when you are looking for a new car/SUV. My process started over the weekend, when I went onto their website to look at the 2017 CrossTrek online. I sent the Sales representative (Vince Gajardo) an email to set up an appointment for yesterday, and I also saved the vehicles that caught my eye. Vince wasn't available yesterday, but made my first encounter with A&T a few years ago, a great one, and the reason I came back to this dealership. All service that I have received on my previous vehicle was top notch and the team is the best group of people with which I have had to interact for routine maintenance. I received an email from Sheila almost immediately, and we discussed my needs. She also follow up and took care of my questions quickly, and effectively. She got everything moved through the process very quickly and I was able to drive off the lot with my new vehicle in what is probably the shortest amount of time I have ever experienced. She made me feel like I was the most important person of her day, and she really made the process an easy one. I felt as if I was being heard and that she had my vehicle needs and wants as a priority. When I decided to move forward, she was so organized and efficient... wow... I haven't seen the car leasing process go so well and so quickly.. I next dealt with Danielle Jaworski, who had all the financial paperwork ready to go. She explained everything thoroughly, and moved me through the process. I have to say, she was also very efficient and made the process "enjoyable." Finally, I worked with Loyda Rosario, who "delivered" the vehicle and helped me get everything set up. She went over all the features, and had me up and running in a very short time. Overall, I got a great impression when I leased my previous vehicle a few years ago. This recent experience takes my comfort with this dealership to the next level. As long as I in the market for a Subaru, and they are selling Subaru's, this will be where I go! I highly recommend that you check this dealership out when shopping for your next vehicle. Sheila provided a reasonable quote based on the exact car we spec'd out on the Subaru.com Web site. In our first meeting, Sheila worked through the numbers and let us know that it would be cheaper for us to special order the Crosstrek than to locate one in stock and have the options we desired added by the dealership. After placing our order, Sheila stayed in contact with us to communicate the expected delivery date, make adjustments to suit our decisions to remove some dealer installed options from our order, providing us with the VIN number when the car was being built and to answer any questions we had along the way. The car arrived 10 days ahead of schedule and Sheila worked with us to set up a mutually acceptable delivery appointment. On delivery day, Sheila greeted us, helped us examine our new car - including a test drive to be sure we were completely satisfied. Then we processed any paperwork and completed the financial aspects of the transaction with Danielle - also a very pleasant experience - before being handed off to a very competent and compassionate, Loyda, to learn more about our car and how to operate the electronics and features, and introductions with the folks in the Service department.
