Tom Merritt helped us along our decision making process always answering questions and attempting to satisfy our wishes while maintaining a fair price for us. The car we decided on was not on A&T's lot and we did have to wait longer than expected but as they say "Good things come to those who wait!". A&T gave us a good price and good people to work with. A&T did not have the exact car we wanted on their lot, We just purchased a 2017 Forester and were extremely pleased with everyone who worked with us. A&T did not have the exact car we wanted on their lot, but Tom located one at another dealer. As it turned out, there were delays in getting it, and we ended up choosing a different one that A&T had just gotten in. Tom was great, however, about keeping us posted and answering our e-mails and phone calls quickly. Options and additional packages were explained and offered by both Tom and Tony, but we were never high pressured to buy them. When we took possession, Loyda was great about taking time to explain all the many features, and to answer all of our questions. This is our third Subaru from A&T and I highly recommend them! More
