We started by selecting our car from a distance, worked with the sales manager, finance office, and salesman from 100 miles away and the entire transaction was flawless. They made it so easy I had to really ask myself if I was buying a car or dreaming. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. I began this process by responding to a mailer from a competing Subaru dealer, who said that the price offer "May" still be available and that the car stock # on the mailer "May" still be available. I was born at night, but not last night. So I called Sheila Springer at A & T Subaru, and they had a lower price than "the supposed great offer on the mystery vehicle from their competitor." The whole buying experience was pleasurable, non-stressful, and very easy. Today I picked up the vehicle, and found out that all of the staff at A & T is just as professional as Sheila. The delivery process was made easy with the help of the Delivery Specialist, Loyda Rosario. She presented all of the technical aspects of the vehicle, paired my cell phone with the cars computer. I did ask a question that she was not sure of the answer, but instead of assuming the answer, she found the correct answer for my question.
