I had no desire to buy a new car. In this economy, not having a car payment was a delight. When we got there, they already had it pulled up front tagged with my name so it was ready to look at. I noticed the sticker price was higher than the online pricing, but they honored the online listing, which was incredibly helpful! Leo came out to greet us. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, listened to everything we were looking for and took us on a test drive. The car buying experience with Leo is thorough, from the car overview and history, to the transfering of insurance; He does what he can to make it a stress free process. It helped that Leo is a relatable, funny guy with a family of his own. It felt honest and comfortable. I left with a 2022 Chevy Equinox. Knowing we now have a safe, reliable and spacious vehicle, especially with a toddler, is a relief. While I still don't love a car payment, I loved the experience I got with Leo at Lester Glenn and I love my new SUV! More
