She clearly explained why options were not good and why she thought I should discard them, without being "pushy" (very much appreciated), until we were able to narrow the option to a single one, fortunately the car was available and we were able to proveed with ease. She was very supportive, each time she had to leave the desk she explained why and what to expect, always being respectful and professional while adding a bit a nice humor to it all. I felt she has the right balance between the dealer and myself putting both at the same level and making the right suggestions and offering the right things. I would have no doubts in recommending friends to visit the dealer and specially discuss their issues with her. I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I live about 400 miles away from the dealership so couldn't just bring it back there for the work. Trent and Luis worked with me throughout the process to get the issue resolved to my satisfaction.
