After my credit union knew of my awful experience with purchasing a new Chrysler Pacifica, Luis Castillo was highly recommended by them as being fair, straight-shooter, and honest. Twice I asked Luis to purchasing a new Chrysler Pacifica, Luis Castillo was highly recommended by them as being fair, straight-shooter, and honest. Twice I asked Luis to contact me and twice he simply passed me off to someone else. Since I wanted to buy from your dealership, I gave it one last try and called and happened to speak with David Short about my frustration. David did apologize and took the time to steer me into a Sienna XLE rather than a Sienna Limited, explaining the differences. He asked that I call him when he returns from a business trip and would help me place an order. I called him and left a message and I have never heard back from him. More
