I had a fantastic experience with Luis while in the process of purchasing two 4-Runners over the course of 9 months. He kept me updated every step of the way; and I felt like it was harder on him, tha process of purchasing two 4-Runners over the course of 9 months. He kept me updated every step of the way; and I felt like it was harder on him, than on me, to keep telling me that my vehicle was delayed. He was always very sincere, empathetic, and positive- which I so appreciated!! We are in a new world when it comes to purchasing vehicles, and the time it takes to get one; yet Luis was always there to answer questions, provide updates, extend his sincere apologies for delays, and ultimately support me every step of the way!
