This is the second time I have had my 2020 Honda Accord in Service for issues and both times, I have been charged. Keep in mind, that it is still under the 36K or 3 year warranty. The first time the emergency brake pull/button located near the gear shift malfunctioned. I was told that some coke or something caused it to malfunction and I would be charged $400+. Most recently, my warning lights on my dashboard came on (it seems like all of them). I was told that my front camera had come out of alignment. No accident or no signs of a crash. Anything like a rock or bump in the road could have caused it. I was told that would cost me $290 to get it aligned. Warranty or is it charge whomever you can. Camera out of alignment with no signs of a crash, seems like Wolfchase Honda is out to make money other than to warranty work. Very unhappy with the service department. More

After purchase is where the issue begins. Dealership spends far too much time 'selling' ancillary items. A lot of client time wasted. At pickup, truck was not clean, tire pressures uneven, rubber mats spends far too much time 'selling' ancillary items. A lot of client time wasted. When I first spoke with Nina Hargrove Spears at Wolfchase Honda, I knew she was more than competent. We worked up some numbers on the phone on Friday, and then I came in on Saturday to get my trade appraised Honda, I knew she was more than competent. We worked up some numbers on the phone on Friday, and then I came in on Saturday to get my trade appraised and finish working up a deal on a new 2021 CR-V. I got there at 9:30 am and was greeted by Luis Castillo, one of the Salespeople there. I explained to him that I worked out some deals with Nina, and he was extremely respectful and helpful. He got the appraisal started and in 10 minutes the General Sales Manager was sitting across from me. Within 10 minutes, we had a deal. Luis helped expedite the initial paperwork, then it was time to do the final paperwork. It was refreshing to have that paperwork done in 10 minutes, thanks Reggie! Nina came out from her office to say hello, it was all very low key and comfortable. There was no pressure at any point, and I got a truly great deal. My hats off to the good folks at Wolfchase Honda. Thanks for a great experience! More
