I had been dreading the car purchasing process. Part of my reluctance was due to my repetitively regretful experiences with my local dealership service center. My purchase at Ventura Toyota was a pleasant surprise. With new RAV4's hard to come by I took a look at their used stock. I found one to my liking (thank you Luis for the knowledge & test drive) and started the process. Jim McArdle handled the sale, including my trade in, in a professional and straightforward fashion. While there was not much in negotiations, there were a few points that Jim was very helpful in working through and making me feel good about the transaction. Being in sales myself I appreciated that he took my concerns to management to be worked out in a fair manor. While there was one minor xxxx-up in ordering a part, Jim quickly helped me get this corrected with the service department.
