Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Went to Ray Chevrolet for new tires and after receiving a quote from Louis, I checked with 5 other companies to compare prices. Ray Chevrolet had the best price. On Thursday I had my appointment for my new t quote from Louis, I checked with 5 other companies to compare prices. Ray Chevrolet had the best price. On Thursday I had my appointment for my new tires to be installed on my Chevrolet Tahoe. Louis was my customer service representative communicated with me throughout the process. In all, I received 4 new Goodyear tires, wheel alignment and a FREE oil change. The service work was excellent. All the employees were friendly and polite throughout the process. More
