I worked with Luis Vega for the purchase of a new X3 in October/November of 2021. He was a pleasure to work with and was not your typical pushy sales person. He was down to earth and very helpful and pat October/November of 2021. He was a pleasure to work with and was not your typical pushy sales person. He was down to earth and very helpful and patient and guided me through the purchase process appropriately rather than trying to upsell at every opportunity. The car ended up arriving several weeks earlier than promised which was very exciting. Further, even after I made the purchase Luis continued to follow-up regularly for several weeks to make sure everything was going well and I didn't have any questions or issues. In fact he came to my home twice to deliver things I needed (the rubber mats were not in stock at pickup so he brought them to me once they came in and also I somehow lost a tire valve cover and so he brought me a new package of 4, free of charge). I would certainly recommend Luis to anyone looking to buy a BMW. I will be back for my next one in a few years! More
