Without the help of our amazing salesman, Lynn Burns, we would still be waiting for our car that we ordered. Months ago we put down $500 to order the exact vehicle that we wanted. The salesman (Jeff Benn would still be waiting for our car that we ordered. Months ago we put down $500 to order the exact vehicle that we wanted. The salesman (Jeff Bennett) at the original order took our order and told us it would be a few months for it to come in. We checked back with him every month and he just kept saying that we are still waiting. He did NOTHING to try to help us and to try and find the car for us and NEVER once called us with an update, we had to call him to get any information at all. He was VERY UNHELPFUL. After 5 months of waiting and getting no help from Jeff we were just about ready to ask for our $500 deposit back and go to a different dealer in Tucson. I just happened to run into Lynn Burns (who sold us our last vehicle) who works in a different department at Sierra Toyota, and he asked me how things were going. I told him that we ordered a specific vehicle (like we did when he helped us 2 years ago) and were getting NO help from the other salesman. He took me into his office and within 20 minutes found the exact car that we wanted that was going to be delivered to a different dealer in a different city. This was a Friday and he told me that he would talk to his boss and see if they could trade for this specific vehicle for us. By Monday morning, he called me to say that the trade would be completed and we were getting our exact vehicle in 2 weeks when it was to be delivered from Japan. We are giving very high praise to Lynn Burnsat Sierra Toyota and are very unhappy with Jeff Bennett for not trying to do anything in over five months when Lynn found us our exact vehicle in less than a day. More

Myra and Lynn are absolutely amazing. Sierra toyota cares about their customers- it not a car dealership, it's a family. A few weeks ago I reached back out to Myra letting her know we nee Sierra toyota cares about their customers- it not a car dealership, it's a family. A few weeks ago I reached back out to Myra letting her know we needed a bigger vehicle (she sold us our highlander in 2022). I gave her an idea of what we wanted and she delivered! Lynn did a phenomenal job of making sure the yukon was safe and explained everything to us. We love sierra toyota, and we will be back and continue to recommend our friends there! More
