This is my fifth brand new car. I buy one approximately every decade. I'm in my early 60's. This was the easiest car buying experience of them all. Very simple to make an appointment to test drive a Venza. Mikel Kota was awesome. We went for a test ride in a Venza, which I ended up purchasing, and a RAV4. Mike gave me the similarities and the differences. Everything he had to say seemed to line up with anything I had read about the two cars. We seem to agree that the Venza was a great value.The service manager, Dimitri offered me a good price on my trade. Not that I'm an expert in trade-in prices, but certainly not something I felt like I had to shop around. Mike was able to locate the color I wanted and had it for me with in 5 days. I never felt pressured and I appreciated Mike 's easy going style. He spoke clearly, directly and didn't try to impress me. I would absolutely recommend Mike to any of my friends who are interested in new Toyota. This is my first purchase from Herb Chambers and the customer service has been great. Waiting areas, office areas and restrooms were neat and clean. More

Working with Mikel was a very pleasant experience. Finding a 2013 Avalon for my daughter was not an easy task. At first Mikel did not have the vehicle in stock but he waited till the day he got one in Finding a 2013 Avalon for my daughter was not an easy task. At first Mikel did not have the vehicle in stock but he waited till the day he got one in stock and notified me. I stopped by and within 1-2 hours the car was mine. Amazing quality used vehicle. Also the management team Dimitri and Andi are very transparent and respectful gentlemen. I honestly recommend this dealership and this team of guys over anyone! More
