The personnel at the dealership was very friendly, willing to help you as long as you were there. But if you have problems, some of the personnel will avoid you. I came in for an oil change and the service tech cracked my oil pan and didn't install the splash guard back properly. I wasn't made aware of this until I found out, several days later, when there was a big my oil pan and didn't install the splash guard back properly. I wasn't made aware of this until I found out, several days later, when there was a big pile of oil on my garage floor. They fixed their mistake but this is now multiple times that a simple oil change hasn't been done correctly from them. More
