Since the dealership doesn't seem too busy given the circumstances, they did everything (and it was quite a bit) in just a few hours and we got our car picked up and dropped off the same day! I took away a star because the car was supposed to be picked up the day before (as that was the day of the appointment) and we called/emailed to confirm, but it hadn't happened.
